Pineapple, ghost pepper, and scorpion pepper with white onion and garlic. It opens with a quick pineapple kiss, then a nape-of-the-neck tingle builds into a full-mouth burn that fades cleanly instead of lingering forever. Super hot, but with just as much (if not more) flavor as heat—smoky, fruity, and wildly addictive.
A few drops transform almost anything. It’s especially good stirred into soups, mixed into butter (or cream cheese or sour cream), or used as a marinade. For a killer fried-food marinade, stir 1 tbsp into 1 cup buttermilk for fish, chicken, or anything you’re about to bread.
